Join hundreds of survivors and caregivers as they walk to raise funds and awareness for the Lymphoma Research Foundation!

The Lymphomathon is a non-competitive 5K walk where survivors, family, friends, community and corporate teams walk in honor and in memory of those whose lives have been touched by lymphoma. Funds raised by participants will support the Foundation's mission of eradicating lymphoma and serving those touched by this disease

Lymphoma Research Fountaion (LRF) Mission

The LRF is the nation's largest lymphoma-focused voluntary health organization devoted exclusively to funding lymphoma research and providing patients and healthcare profesionals with critical information on the disease. LRF's mission is to eradicate lymphoma and serve those touched by the disease.

Forming a Team

Step One - Pre-Register
Log on to www.lymphomathon.org to register for the Lymphomathon today.

Step Two - Recruit Team Members
Ask friends, family members, co-workers and neighbors to join your team and walk with you to raise funds and awareness for the Lymphoma Research Foundation. East of your team members can pre-register onlin or by mailing in the pre-registration form.

Step Three - Fundraise for LRF
Encourage all of your walkers to try to raise at least $100 -- it's easier than you think! Over the course of a few weeks, simply ask 10 people you know for $10. You'll be surprised how generous most people are when asked to help you raise funds to make a difference in the lives of those touched by lymphoma.

Prizes

By reaching your fundraising goals, you'll be eligible to earn great, quality prizes! Any registered participant will receive a Lymphomathon t-shirt on the day of the event. If you raise over $250, you will get an embroidered Lymphomathon Research Foundation travel tote. The greatest prize is knowing that you are supporting those whose lives are touched by lymphoma.

Fundraising Tips

Send letters and emails to everyone you know and tell them what you are doing -- ask for support by donating to your efforts. Be sure to include family, friends, co-workers and vendors on your mailing list.

Have fun at work while raising dollars to LRF! Ask to hold a bake sale, a "wear your favorite cap day," or even a special "jeans day" at the office. Everyone can participate by making a small donation, and it's a great way to promote the Lymphomathon at work.

ASK. Approach local businesses and organizations to tell them about your efforts and ASK if they will support you. Most local merchants are happy to help their regular customers, so ask your dry cleaner, hair salon, grocery store or restaurant -- you'll be surprised at their generosity!
