Heading into its 19th season, Jammin' at the Zoo continues to expand its audience by providing top-notch entertainment in an unduplicated setting. The series of three concerts is held on the zoo's south lawn under huge, ancient trees. This concert series offers lawn seating on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Jammin' has a rich musical history, having hosted some of the industry's top performers, including: Sister Hazel, Five for Fighting, Brett Dennen, Matt Gunnerson, Josh Kelly, Blondie, Everclear, Toad the Wet Sproket and Los Lobos.

 Allstar Weekend @ 7:15pm
This California pop/rock band first made a name for itself with performances on the Disney Channel and Radio Disney a couple of years back. Since that time, their maturing sound and songs are getting play on MTV including tracks from their album "All the Way." And with new singles and a tour this summer, Allstar Weekend is certainly an up-and-coming band to watch.

 Hot Chelle Rae @ 8:30pm
These pop rockers from Nashville released their first album in 2009 and gained widespread attention in the past year with their double platinum single "Tonight, Tonight." With their devoted and growing fan base, the quartet's catchy music has earned them billing at Austin's South by Southwest as well as with Taylor Swift on her Australian/New Zealand tour in early 2012 and, more recently, with Demi Lovato.

Concerts are held at Lincoln Park Zoo in the Main Mall. Seating is general admission, and guests are invited to bring small blankets. Come early and enjoy a delicious dinner from Park Place Café. Beer and wine will be available for purchase for guests 21 and older. The Kovler Lion House and Kovler Sea Lion Pool will be open during the event.
