All Parade participants, including all members of group costumes, are required to register for the Parade and (also to be eligible for the Costume Contest), and agree to the Rules, Release and waiver. A photo ID matching your registration must be presented at the event.
You can register in person at the event starting at 5pm, but advance registration is recommended. There is no obligation or fee.
