Join ComEd and the Chicago Park District as they #SwitchOnSummer2019 and celebrate the Buckingham Fountain’s 92nd birthday on Sunday, May 5, 2019. Now in its fourth year, the annual event will feature more than a dozen of Chicagoland’s most beloved organizations to help the city spring into summer with the official season-changing signal – turning on the Buckingham Fountain. The festivities will include free giveaways, family-friendly activities, and live entertainment.
